Vetta provides strategy research, rankings, backtest analysis, risk commentary, archives, and controlled downloads for informational and educational use. Vetta is not an investment adviser, broker, exchange, custodian, or fiduciary. Vetta 提供策略研究、排行榜、回测分析、风险说明、历史归档和受控下载，仅供信息与教育用途，不构成投资顾问、经纪、交易所、托管或受托服务。

Backtests, scores, and historical results are hypothetical or historical. They do not guarantee future performance. You remain solely responsible for every trading or investment decision and for complying with laws applicable to you. 回测、评分和历史结果不保证未来表现；任何交易或投资决定及合规责任均由你自行承担。

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You may not share paid access, bypass access controls, scrape protected content at scale, resell reports or strategy files, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. 你须提供准确资料并保护账户安全；不得共享会员、绕过门禁、大规模抓取受保护内容、转售报告或策略文件、破坏服务或用于违法活动。

The research membership is USD 5 per month unless a clearly displayed promotional price applies. PayPal processes payment and renews the subscription automatically each month until cancelled. Taxes, if legally required, will be disclosed by the payment provider before purchase. 研究会员通常为每月 5 美元；如有促销价格会明确展示。PayPal 处理付款，并在取消前每月自动续费；依法需收取的税费会在购买前披露。

A PayPal approval or browser success page does not itself activate access. Access begins only after Vetta verifies a provider event and remote paid status. PayPal 批准页或浏览器成功页本身不会开通会员；只有 Vetta 验证支付事件及远端已付款状态后才会开通。

You may cancel renewal at any time. Unless a refund, reversal, chargeback, legal requirement, or payment-provider action requires earlier revocation, access continues through the verified paid-through date and then ends. 你可随时取消续费。除退款、撤销、拒付、法律要求或支付机构措施需提前终止外，访问权保留至已核验的已付周期结束。

Vetta content, scoring, reports, presentation, and software are protected materials. A paid membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use member content. Third-party or community strategy code may carry its own license, which continues to apply. Vetta 内容、评分、报告、展示和软件受保护；会员仅获得有限、个人、不可转让的使用权。第三方或社区策略代码仍受其原许可证约束。

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Data sources, strategy files, rankings, and reports may contain errors or become unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetta is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made using the service. 本服务按现状和可用性提供；数据、代码、排名和报告可能存在错误或不可用。在法律允许范围内，Vetta 不对交易亏损、利润损失、间接损害或基于本服务作出的决定负责。

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The verified support contact and legal operator details will be displayed on the live site's checkout or support surface before paid checkout is enabled. 重大变更会在本页更新日期。正式开启付费前，已核验的客服联系方式和运营主体信息会显示在网站付款或支持页面。
