Cancellation and Refund Policy / 取消与退款政策

You may cancel Stripe renewal through the Customer Portal linked from the Vetta subscription page; existing legacy PayPal members may use the legacy cancellation control. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless an earlier revocation condition applies, access remains available through the verified paid-through date. 你可从 Vetta 订阅页进入 Customer Portal 取消 Stripe 续费；旧 PayPal 会员可使用保留的取消入口。取消会停止未来续费；除提前撤销情形外，访问权保留至已核验的已付周期结束。

Because paid reports, archives, details, and downloads are digital content made available promptly after verified payment, monthly fees are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time or early cancellation. 由于付费报告、归档、详情和下载会在付款验证后及时开放，月费通常不退款，也不会因未使用时间或提前取消按比例退还。

We will review refunds required by applicable law or the applicable payment-provider rules, duplicate charges, verified unauthorized charges, material billing errors, or a material service failure that prevented access for a substantial part of the paid period. 对适用法律或相关支付服务商规则要求的退款、重复扣款、核实的未授权扣款、重大账单错误，或导致已付周期大部分时间无法访问的重大服务故障，我们会进行审核。

A refund, payment reversal, or chargeback may revoke member access immediately even if a previous paid-through date was later. 退款、付款撤销或拒付可能立即终止会员访问，即使之前的已付日期尚未到期。

Use the payment provider's transaction support and the verified Vetta support contact shown on the live site. Include the Stripe invoice/subscription ID or legacy PayPal transaction/subscription ID, charge date, and a concise description; never send passwords, full card numbers, bank credentials, or MFA codes. 请通过支付服务商交易支持和网站公布的 Vetta 已核验客服渠道联系，并提供 Stripe 发票/订阅 ID 或旧 PayPal 交易/订阅 ID、扣款日期和简要说明；切勿发送密码、完整卡号、银行凭证或 MFA 验证码。

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider to the original payment method. Timing is controlled by Stripe or legacy PayPal and the receiving financial institution. 获批退款将通过原支付服务商原路退回；到账时间由 Stripe 或旧 PayPal 及收款金融机构决定。
