Cancellation and Refund Policy / 取消与退款政策

You may cancel renewal from the Vetta subscription page or through PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless an earlier revocation condition applies, access remains available through the verified paid-through date. 你可在 Vetta 订阅页或 PayPal 中取消续费。取消会停止未来续费；除提前撤销情形外，访问权保留至已核验的已付周期结束。

Because paid reports, archives, details, and downloads are digital content made available promptly after verified payment, monthly fees are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time or early cancellation. 由于付费报告、归档、详情和下载会在付款验证后及时开放，月费通常不退款，也不会因未使用时间或提前取消按比例退还。

We will review refunds required by applicable law or PayPal rules, duplicate charges, verified unauthorized charges, material billing errors, or a material service failure that prevented access for a substantial part of the paid period. 对适用法律或 PayPal 规则要求的退款、重复扣款、核实的未授权扣款、重大账单错误，或导致已付周期大部分时间无法访问的重大服务故障，我们会进行审核。

Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method. Timing is controlled by PayPal and the receiving financial institution. 获批退款将通过 PayPal 原路退回；到账时间由 PayPal 和收款金融机构决定。
